Pradabet Terms and Conditions — Rules for Filipino Players

By accessing, browsing, or using the pradabet website at https://pradabet.best, creating an account, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the member" or "you") and pradabet ("we," "us," or "the platform").

If any part of these terms is unclear, you should stop using pradabet and contact us at support@pradabet.best before proceeding. Continued use of the pradabet platform after any published update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Pradabet services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Philippine law and pradabet policy both require members to be 21 or older. We operate a strict age-verification process and may request valid government-issued identification at any time.
• You are registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing pradabet from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or family member of any such person employed by pradabet or its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had a pradabet account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these terms.
• You have not placed yourself on a self-exclusion list with pradabet that is still active.

Pradabet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending bonus funds.

Each person may hold only one (1) pradabet account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or a different name, is a serious breach of these terms. If duplicate accounts are discovered, pradabet will close the additional accounts and may void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

When registering at pradabet, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Supply a valid Philippine mobile number that you own and can access.
• Provide a valid, personal email address that only you control.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
• Update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

Account verification

Pradabet follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with the requirements of PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed required verification may have withdrawal processing delayed until documents are reviewed and approved.

Account security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pradabet login credentials. Never share your username, password, or one-time PIN with anyone. If you suspect that your pradabet account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately at support@pradabet.best and change your password without delay.

Pradabet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) only. All balances, stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts displayed in your pradabet wallet are denominated in PHP. Pradabet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any other form of digital asset.

Accepted deposit methods include but are not limited to: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change; always refer to the deposit page inside your pradabet account for the current options.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Funds deposited via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets typically credit to your pradabet wallet instantly.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one banking business day depending on your sending bank.
• You must only deposit using a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Pradabet does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your pradabet wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC verification.
• There must be no pending bonus wagering requirement on your balance.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your pradabet account identity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless stated otherwise on the withdrawal page.

Processing times

Pradabet targets the following processing windows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. BDO, BPI, and UnionBank transfers are processed within 30 minutes during normal banking hours. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional verification may take up to two banking business days.

Withdrawal restrictions

Pradabet may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal if: (a) account verification documents are pending review; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms; (c) a bonus rollover requirement has not been fully met; or (d) a relevant regulatory or legal obligation requires further review. In such cases, pradabet will notify you by email and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Pradabet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend rewards. Each promotion published on the pradabet platform is governed by its own specific terms in addition to this general clause.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. These are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining bonus balances are forfeited when a promotion expires.
• Only certain game categories and bet types may contribute toward wagering requirements. Sports betting, casino games, and slots may contribute at different rates. Check each promotion's terms for the full contribution table.
• Pradabet bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts is a breach of these terms.
• Pradabet reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any promotional offer that was claimed in good faith before a modification will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claim.

Bet acceptance

A bet is only confirmed when pradabet issues a bet confirmation reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been accepted. Pradabet is not responsible for bets that failed to confirm due to connectivity issues on the member's side.

Bet settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body for each sport. In PBA basketball, settlement follows the official PBA game result. In volleyball, the official score declared by the match officials at the end of the set or match is used. Where an error in settlement is identified, pradabet will correct the result and adjust account balances accordingly, notifying affected members by email.

Void bets and refunds

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled without a result being declared; a market is suspended before the bet's outcome is determined; an obvious pricing error was present at the time the bet was placed; or pradabet determines that the bet was placed after the event's official result was available.

Live betting

Live in-play markets at pradabet carry inherent latency between real-world events and the odds displayed on screen. Pradabet reserves the right to void live bets placed after the event outcome has been effectively determined but before the market was closed, including circumstances such as a goal, point, or basket scored within the latency window.

Pradabet hosts casino-style games including baccarat, jackpot slots, and fishing games. All casino games at pradabet use certified random-number-generation technology and operate with a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee individual session results.

• No strategy, betting system, or approach guarantees a profit on pradabet casino games. The house edge is a mathematical certainty.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as disconnection, server error, or display glitch — the recorded game state on the pradabet server is authoritative. Game history displayed in your account is the definitive record.
• Progressive jackpot games pay according to the rules published within each game's paytable. Pradabet cannot manually award jackpot prizes. All jackpot amounts are subject to the jackpot network provider's terms.
• Pradabet reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per session or per day on any game category.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pradabet. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of any balances held at the time of suspension:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds using a payment account that is not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or delayed market settlement for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets on pradabet.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated betting activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing pradabet's bonus system through bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or coordinated staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without normal risk.
• Money laundering, placement of illicitly obtained funds, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.

Pradabet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• A legally binding instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more — in which case, pradabet will notify you before closing the account and will hold any remaining balance for a period of time in accordance with applicable regulations.

If you wish to close your pradabet account voluntarily, contact support@pradabet.best. Voluntary closures requested for responsible gaming reasons are processed immediately; requests to reopen a self-exclusion closure will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Pradabet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at pradabet, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Pradabet will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification partners, PAGCOR, and law enforcement agencies where required by law.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit to your pradabet account.

• Cooling-off period — take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you cannot log in or place bets at pradabet.
• Self-exclusion — request a longer break of three months, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion from pradabet.

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of pradabet.
• Unavailability of the pradabet platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.

Pradabet's total liability to any individual member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that member's pradabet account at the time the claim arises.

Pradabet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pradabet will notify registered members by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The revised terms take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated.

If you disagree with any amendment, you should stop using pradabet and close your account before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of pradabet that cannot be resolved through our support team will be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies.

Pradabet operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Members who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by pradabet may contact PAGCOR directly through official channels.
